Buying & payment

Is it safe to pay on this site?

Yes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment providers. We never see or store your card details.

How do I get my voucher code?

As soon as your payment goes through, your unique voucher code is emailed to you automatically, and you'll see a confirmation on screen. (If you bought through Groupon, your code comes from Groupon.)

I paid but haven't received my email.

Please check your promotions and spam folders first — emails come from bookings@rathwoodoffers.com, so adding that to your contacts helps. Still nothing after an hour? Use 'Find My Voucher' in the footer to have your code re-sent, or contact us.

Can I buy more than one?

Yes — just complete a separate checkout for each voucher you'd like, subject to availability.

Redeeming & booking

How do I redeem my voucher?

Go to 'Redeem a Voucher', enter your code, and you'll be guided through booking your preferred date and time (where applicable). You'll get a confirmation email straight away. Some experiences ask you to call to arrange your visit — if so, that's explained on the offer page and in your email.

Do I need to print my voucher?

No need — just show the voucher code on your phone when you arrive, or print it if you prefer. Either is fine.

Can I change my booking date?

Yes — contact us as early as possible and we'll move your booking wherever availability allows.

What if it rains or I can't make my visit?

Many Rathwood experiences run rain or shine, and indoor options are available. If the weather or your plans change, get in touch before your booked date and we'll do our best to rearrange.

Can I use a voucher more than once?

No — each voucher code can be redeemed once only.

Expiry, refunds & gifts

When does my voucher expire?

Where an offer has a fixed redeem-by date, it's shown clearly on the offer page and in your voucher email. Offers without a fixed expiry don't show one. Expired vouchers can't be redeemed.

Can I get a refund?

Vouchers are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash, but we want you to be happy — if something's gone wrong, please get in touch and we'll do our best to put it right.

What if the offer I want is sold out?

On a sold-out or upcoming offer you can tap 'Notify me' to join the list — we'll email you the moment it's available again or goes live.

Can I buy a voucher as a gift?

Yes — choose 'Buy as a Gift' on any offer. You pay, add a personal message, and we email a beautifully presented voucher straight to the recipient with their code. You'll get a confirmation too.
