Terms & Conditions
Last updated June 2026. These terms apply to vouchers purchased through offers.rathwood.com.
1.The voucher
Each voucher entitles the holder to the experience described at the time of purchase. Vouchers are issued with a unique code and may only be redeemed once. Treat your voucher code like cash — it cannot be re-issued if shared or used by someone else.
2.Booking your visit
Experiences that require a date and time must be booked in advance on our Redeem a Voucher page using your code. Bookings are subject to availability. Where an experience runs only on specific dates, you may only book from the dates offered. Some experiences are arranged by contacting the relevant Rathwood facility directly, as shown on the offer page.
3.Validity & expiry
Where an offer has a fixed redeem-by date, it is shown on the offer page and in your voucher email; the voucher must be redeemed on or before that date. Offers without a stated expiry have no fixed redeem-by date. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, exchanged or refunded.
4.Availability
Offers are available in limited quantities and for limited periods. Once an offer is sold out or has ended, no further vouchers will be issued at that price.
5.Refunds & changes
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you need to change a booking date, please contact us as early as possible and we will accommodate you wherever availability allows. If something has gone wrong with your purchase or visit, please get in touch and we will do our best to put it right.
6.Gifts
Vouchers may be purchased as a gift. The voucher code and any personal message will be emailed to the recipient you specify at checkout. The voucher is then subject to these same terms, including any redeem-by date.
7.Using the experience
Voucher experiences are subject to the rules, safety requirements and operating times of the relevant Rathwood facility (salon, restaurant and attractions). Please arrive on time for any booked slot; late arrivals may not be accommodated.
8.Liability
Rathwood Home & Garden World Ltd accepts no liability for the loss or theft of vouchers, or for any voucher code shared or intercepted after delivery to the email address provided at purchase.
